Rev. Steven Moore became our pastor in April of 2018. Ordained in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in 1996, Steve has served congregations in Ohio, Indiana, Washington DC, California and New York City. Raised in nearby Baltimore, he has his undergraduate degree in Accounting from James Madison University and received his Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN. Steve has a passion for preaching, worship, community, seeking to help others make the connection between faith and daily life. He has served on various boards and committees throughout the life of the church as well as a camp director and counselor. He and his husband Mark enjoy exploring the rich history of the area. They are proud owners of Robbie, an Irish Setter. Steve loves being a pastor and looks forward to meeting you.
