We have a story to tell…
Imagine…
On Sundays: An accessible sanctuary where people of all abilities are welcome able to serve. An elevator that allows easy transitions between the lower level and main level. A refurbished Fellowship Hall and kitchen for after-worship gathering and other events.
On weekdays: Volunteers tutoring young people from the community in our accessible lower level. A concert in the new performance space featuring the various cultures from our neighborhood. Safe Haven serving a meal from the renovated and expanded kitchen.
Every day: Expanding our circle of welcome as we seek to fulfill our mission of serving the least of these, inspired by Christ’s love and peace.

Our building, home to a growing community of worshipping disciples, a community day shelter, and innovative ministries is due for an upgrade. This capital campaign will help accomplish the “brick and mortar” needs of our ever-unfolding vision of accessibility, hospitality, and service to become a hub of mission and ministry, as we also seek to grow faithfully in spirit and in truth. Please join us in our mission by making an impactful gift to the Capital Campaign.
Your generous gifts will:
- Build an addition with an elevator and foyer
- Improve accessibility throughout the church
- Replace mechanical and electrical systems
- Upgrade fire alarms and add sprinklers
- Replace the roof on the Fellowship Hall
Lower Level:
- Create a new ground-level entry
- Develop a small performance space
- Beautify the front of the church with an entrance plaza and landscaping
- Add a kitchenette and new meeting space
- Install new, accessible restrooms
Main Level:
- Renovate and expand the kitchen
- Install a new accessible family restroom
- Renovate the sanctuary
- Improve accessibility of chancel and baptistry
- Create a new worship preparation space
