Sunday February 26 following worship we will hold our annual Global Outreach Potluck, which has been re-named in honor and memory of Penny Farris, a champion for our congregation’s outreach work. Please plan to bring an international dish and join us as we welcome two speakers. Our own Roger Bokwango will share his story as a refugee from the Congo and an American immigrant. Rev. Sharon Stanley-Rea, Director of Refugee & Immigration Ministries for the Christian Church (DOC), will share updates about our denomination’s efforts to serve global refugees and immigrants both at home and abroad.
