Children’s Sunday School (Pre K – 5th Grade)
Our children’s Sunday School program uses a curriculum called “Grow, Proclaim, Serve!” and innovatively combines a large group opening gathering for all children with time for age-appropriate small groups. In the opening gathering, all children gather for a time of prayer, sharing, and hearing the day’s Bible story. Children then break into their small groups to more deeply explore the scripture and to respond to it. Come join us as we explore our sacred stories and grow in our faith.
Middle School Sunday School (6th – 8th Grade)
Each week our middle school class uses a curriculum called “Submerge,” which explores the scriptures recommended by the Revised Common Lectionary. Youth are encouraged to deeply engage the scriptures in Sunday School and connect their studies with what they hear in worship each week. Our teachers are Sarah Vandruff and Claudia Wicks. We are grateful to have such knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers in our Middle School Sunday School class.
High School Sunday School (9th – 12th Grade)
The high school Sunday School class is taught by brothers John and Steve Findley, who write their own lessons each week. This class asks youth to thoughtfully engage the scriptures at a time in their lives when they often begin to question their faith and discover for themselves what it means to be a follower of Jesus. What a great place for your high school-aged child to be on Sunday morning.
